This little piggie was my dinner!
before ~ August 2009Paul has a customer that owns a pig farm. He runs the nursery and sells most of his pigs off once they reach 20-25 pounds. He had a pig that had male problems, therefore, he could not be sold. So he became Paul, Ben, and Papaw's project. I do not have photos of the medial preparation. Paul does. He even has video, but I refuse to watch it.
Ethan wanted to lend a helping hand. He did not put it together that this was the pig we brought to Gammaw and Papaw's house a few weeks ago.
MacGyver, excuse me, I mean Papaw, preps the pig for the rotisserie. 
The finished product . . . it wouldn't be a Buening family gathering without some pork involved.
